In the before pictures, we see that the exterior had a lot of wear and tears as time went by. The owner decided that the home was due for a makeover. The owner found us and entrusted us to make this home beautiful again.

Sidings and Painting

First we replaced all the rotting cedar sidings and painted it again. As for the rest of the exterior wall, we painted it with a classic antique white.

Front Door

To make the home seem more welcoming, we also replaced the front door with a beautiful dark double door.

Sundeck

The sundeck has also deteriorated, the plywoods were rotten and was leaking water to the space underneath. We demolished the old deck and built a new and sturdy deck with vinyl waterproofing cover.

Aluminum Covers And Railings

We then added aluminum covers and railings over and along the side of the deck and front door. This creates safe and protected spaces for the family to enjoy even under Vancouver’s rainy weather.
